Mortem
Blood on my hands.
I'm going under, I'm falling in.
Shadows unite.
Arise in darkness, destroy all that which lies within.
Mortem vitae.
Clutch at the end of the world.
Mortem vitae, mortem vitae sequens.
Mortem vitae.
Clutch at the end of the world.
Mortem vitae sequence, yeah -
Death follows life.
Search for the exit to escape the confines of this life.
Reject the light.
Embrace the darkness, let in consume and swallow you whole.
Mortem vitae.
Clutch at the end of the world.
Mortem vitae, mortem vitae sequens.
Mortem vitae.
Clutch at the end of the world.
Mortem vitae sequence - death follows life.
Betray - bury me deep in the earth.
Betray - bury me deep in the earth.
Betray - bury me deep in the earth.
Betray - bury me deep in the - under six inches of filth,
smothered in rotting death and holding my breath.
Bleeding and broken and cold.
Clutch at the end of the world, tattered and torn.
Under six inches of filth,
smothered in rotting death and holding my breath.
Bleeding and broken and cold. Clutch at the end of the world, tattered and torn.
Under six inches of filth,
smothered in rotting death and holding my breath.
Bleeding and broken and cold, clutch at the end of the world -
Tattered and torn. Bleeding once more.
Broken and cold. Swallowed by death.
Under six inches of filth,
smothered in rotting death and holding my breath.
Bleeding and broken and cold, clutch at the end of the world, tattered and torn.
Under six inches of filth,
smothered in rotting death and holding my breath.
Bleeding and broken and cold, clutch at the end of the world -
Tattered and torn. Bleeding once more. Broken and cold. Swallowed by death..
Under six inches of filth, smothered in rotting death and...
Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
